Nandian Xuanfu Mansion—The Best-Preserved Tusi Official Residence

The Nandian Xuanfu Si Office, located at No. 103 Nandian Road, Zhedao Town, Lianghe County, was built in the first year of the Qing Dynasty’s Xianfeng era (1851). It is currently the best-preserved Tusi administrative complex remaining in Yunnan Province. On November 27, 1996, it was officially designated as a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, making it the only nationally recognized cultural heritage site unique to Dehong Prefecture. Authorities from China’s national cultural relics administration plan to transform it into "China’s Special Exhibition Hall on the Tusi System," ensuring that this living testament to the Tusi tradition will be preserved for future generations.
